As part of our series of Lockdown 3.0 Home Yoga Classes, Yogaline and Marta Masiero bring you a dynamic meditative yoga practice designed to quiet your mind, energise your body and seat your awareness into the present moment. 


Using a series of repeating sequences and mindful transitions between postures, the flow will gradually become familiar and automatic, allowing you to focus more and more on your breath as it works in harmony with the transitions and movement. 


This meditative practice will build as you go through the sequence, allowing your mind to rest in the present moment, using your body as the vehicle.


This practice is open to all levels and will feature postures such as Anjaneyasana, Humble Warrior and Virabhadrasana 3.
